1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to “Your Wow Look” beauty salon founded by Tanya Vadeiko, a manicure and permanent makeup professional. I have extensive experience and am considered one of the top beauty specialists in Queens, NY. Moreover, I’ve garnered a positive reputation for consistently delivering Wow-looking nail and permanent makeup services while maintaining a safe environment, high quality of service, and outstanding customer experience. This is reflected in different business and social media 5-star reviews and testimonials. Our “Your Wow Look” beauty salon will provide modern and luxury services while offering competitive pricing.

2. Booking rules
DEPOSIT

When you book an appointment, we charge you a deposit via the Stripe payment system. This deposit will be deducted from the cost of the manicure. If the appointment is canceled (rescheduled) more than 48h in advance, the deposit can be refunded or transferred one time to a new appointment within 30 days. If you cancel the appointment in less than 48h, the deposit is not refunded.

ARRIVAL FOR APPOINTMENT

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment and taking into consideration traffic, parking, and inclement weather. Usually, it is not possible to extend the appointment time to cover for the late arrival, because the next client would be waiting already. If you arrive late, the technician will have to shorten the service (including removing add-ons) but you would still be charged the full price of the initially booked service.

Be aware that we reserve the right to REFUSE the service if you are more than 15 minutes late. In such a case, the client will incur a cancellation fee for the total amount of the service booked.

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATIONS

No-shows and cancellations in less than 48 hours from the time of the appointment result in a loss of revenue due to the inability to find another client for the same time slot on short notice. Also, if a client runs 15 minutes late, the appointment is automatically marked as a no-show/canceled.

AFTER-HOUR APPOINTMENTS

If you need to book an appointment on short notice or in the after-hours, we may be able to accommodate that for an additional fee of $40 for weekdays and $60 for weekends. Please contact us directly at +1 (917) 419-0024.

3. MISCELLANEOUS
AGE REQUIREMENTS

At our beauty salon, we warmly welcome clients aged 17 years and older. We prioritize the well-being and safety of our customers, and it is our responsibility to ensure that the services we offer align with the specific needs and requirements of each individual. For esthetic treatments involving nails or the face, we believe that the bodies of minors under the age of 17 are still in the process of development, and it is important to respect this natural progression. We strive to provide the highest quality services tailored to the unique characteristics of our adult clientele, allowing them to fully enjoy and benefit from our expertise in a safe and appropriate manner.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

We maintain the following equipment at each workstation and provide it to our technicians:

  1. A properly fitted N-95 or N-100 respirator, approved by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, for each individual who uses the workstation.
  2. Protective gloves made of nitrile, or another similar non-permeable material for workers with a sensitivity to nitrile gloves. All our technicians must wear gloves when handling potentially hazardous chemicals or waste and during cleanup, or when performing any nail service that has a risk of breaking the customer’s skin.
  3. Protective eye equipment. All workers have access to and are allowed to wear eye protection when preparing, transferring or pouring potentially hazardous chemicals.
